Commercial Complex By Omaxe Sector 19B, Dwarka , Delhi

The Omaxe Dwarka Delhi, a newly launched commercial complex, is set to redefine the skyline of Sector 19B, Dwarka, Delhi. Spearheaded by the renowned Omaxe Group, known for their excellence in creating luxurious residential and commercial properties across India, this project is truly world-class. 

Spread over an expansive 5040 acres, this iconic development boasts a multitude of features, including a members-only sports club designed to accommodate at least 3000 members. Omaxe Group will be responsible for the construction and management of the nightclubs and sports arenas within the complex, before handing over operations to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The complex is set on a 99-year lease, reflecting its long-term commitment to the area. 

In a strategic shift, Omaxe has set aside initial plans to build a retail mall and instead is developing a high-end sports complex in Dwarka, aptly named The Omaxe Estates. This project, valued at 2,100 crore rupees, is a significant investment in the public capital of Dwarka.

Granted by the DDA, this (Plan Build Finance and Operate) project encompasses 50 acres and includes both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Alongside the commercial spaces, a massive cricket-football stadium is under construction, promising to be a major attraction.
